NationCats website idea thingy [WIP?]

Apologies for the lack of NationCat stuff recently, my Laptop decided to make Windows Update eat shit and this one update is broken and pissing me off but a old idea of a NationCats website to be hosted on comicfury has been revived by a few friends and I'm back on board with the idea but the primary issue I barely have any website building knowledge and been actively trying to find friends or mutuals willing to help out, one part of the site is gonna serve as a flag archive based off FOTW/RBVex and I've already made like over hundreds of flag vectors for it and stuff and I just recently finished off doing the flags for Estonia so yeaHH still long way to fuckin' go lmfao
I had the idea of having NationCats stuff on there so we can have a standard main place to dump stuff at + also having one part of the flag website serve as a flag chart (inspired by FOTW.info and RBVEX.it) and my gf also wanted to make a part of the website as a lore thing she wants to write stuff in
The idea died out early this year but it got revived recently, but the thing is only 2 people have small amount of website building knowledge and one is barely active due to timezone differences and the other has been going through alot + sick recently so it's becoming a bit of a issue to try and layout the idea
I did make rough concepts months ago of my general idea of what it should look like
