Are you looking for a standalone tablet (i.e. ipad) or a computer tablet? I can recommend one for the latter, but don't have experience with the former

For one with a screen, I recommend this one. I've enjoyed using mine for a few years, and it goes on sale every so often. There's one now, but it'll probably be cheaper for black friday next month.

For a cheaper option, I've had a good experience with my huion pen tablet. The exact model I got isn't being sold anymore, but they have some affordable ones for ~$50 USD, which is about the same price as the one I got.
