Today is No Bra Day

October 13 is No Bra Day. Perhaps the most important day ever. But, seriously, No Bra Day is all about raising awareness for breast cancer. The idea is to encourage women to skip wearing bras as a way to promote breast health and early detection. It’s also a chance to educate everyone on the importance of regular check-ups and self-exams. This started as a social media campaign and has really taken off for its relaxed vibe, helping to reduce stigma and spark conversations about breast cancer prevention. And I just wanted to say something:
Big shoutout to all the breast cancer survivors! Your strength and resilience inspire us daily. Your journeys show what hope and determination look like. If you’re currently fighting this battle, remember you’re not alone. Your courage really shines through tough times. Don’t hesitate to reach out for support; we’re in this together. And to all the women out there: regular check-ups are super important. Early detection can save lives, so make sure to take care of your health and get that screening done. Let’s keep supporting each other and spreading the word. Together, we can make a real difference!

While about one in eight women will get breast cancer during their lives, about one in 726 men will as well, so all you dudes out there, check yo' tits too. If caught early, there's about a 99% survival rate.
But seriously, a few friends frequently go bra-less because they can be super uncomfy for them. Free the titties, save the cities.
