For the last week I had a migraines with aura three times. I never had something like this before. When aura hits me my vision becomes bad, all blurry
and I see different rainbow zigzags and distortions.
At first I thought headaches caused by my βusualβ neck and back problems and all Iβll need to fix it is massage course, but now I think I need a neurologist consultation and further diagnostic.. I feel quite scared with all these vision distortions before headaches and maybe Iβll need an MRI or something. Visit to doctor planned for tomorrow.

Wishing the best *hug*
Keep up the Great Work, but don't Overdo it :3
Neurologist prescribed some meds, but anyway Iβll need an MRI >.>
I had scans, hospital / doctor visits, and blood work and everything kept coming back OK. The occupant migraines are very scary but itβs actually more common than we think. Caffeine helps with reliving these as well. Iβve found success with the drug nurtec, it gave me no side effects and gets rid of about 75% of the headache for me.
Iβm not saying to not follow through with your tests, but what helped me most, as I think much of these things are do to stress, anxiety and lifestyle, was that I changed my diet and stopped eating all processed foods and sugars and started to make time to meditate and stretch, and just relax and not constantly be bent over a desk working or painting and I feel so much better.
Again, obviously I am not medical professional but I just wanted to say I can commiserate with you and perhaps it can also lend you some comfort. Have a positive attitude as well. Tell yourself βI am perfect health, I amβ
