I want to do a Halloween giveaway! <3 Please read the rules entirely and you may win one of two kinds of Halloween themed chibis!

After reading the rules below, fill out a comment and I'll give you a number (or multiple numbers, if you have multiple entries!). Then, in one week on Oct 19 at 6pm PST I'll close the entires and announce 3 winners who get one of two different Halloween-themed chibis! But there's no choosing- I'll flip a coin and the three winners will either get a treat, or a trick! What will it be?
