Comsiderinf all the creepy ghost and psychic types... I consider the story FULLY canon, amd it doesn't change my opinion of the IP at all.

Given it's basis in Japanese myth (at least from what I've read on it) I'd say it fits for the general creepy dex entries, but since it's not in any game or published media so far I don't consider it canon. Of course the fur community is going to take this how they usually will... To me it's just another Vaporeon fiasco again and I got bored of it the second time I heard it.

Well... Typhlo-hex isn't slated for anything for the rest of this year anyway. She wouldn't fit my plans for November anyway. Honestly, I read it through game news articles. And I was hoping for it to be a new game leak. I just don't want peeps going around commenting 'OoH It'S A TyPhlOSiOn WaTCh OuT" get enough creepy comments and dms as it is.
