I was hesitant to go into detail about further family matters, but ultimately have decided to share some large life events as they sometimes impact our work.

I mentioned in a previous journal that my sister passed away. Something I did not mention is that me and lofiflavors are now fostering her 6 year old daughter. There has been a lot to learn in the last month about parenting! And as well, juggling childcare with working at-home! My niece has had a bad chronic cough for a long time (before living with us) and we have been working with doctors to treat it. There may be times caring for her will impact our working schedule, which is okay! Her health is important. We just want to be transparent with everyone with what is going on!
