It ended up okay. The drive down to Reno wasn't bad, just 14 hours, though the last bit up the pass at night was not fun. The hotel was dazzling, being a huge casino resort kind of place. As I didn't have dealers room or art show space, I improvised a little show and tell outside the art show, not selling anything there, but had sketch books and sample art to chat up anyone who noticed. Wasn't any programming I was interested in/found the time to attend, though in general, the bulk of the programming was focused on aspects of furries being furries. The dealers room was expansive, with a mix of stuff, art, trinkets, suit related and a few books, but no comics, new or old. The art show was a bit sparse, both for total content as well as the level of talent displayed, especially compared to what was showing in the dealers room. I guess having things like program books isn't a thing nowadays(??) though there was, at least, a pocket program listing all the events and a well-needed map. ( a previous con I did earlier in the year only had an on-line version of anything) I'm getting wiggly about doing more cons, as well as motivated to do more content. Will look into getting some kind of on-line store going.
