Had a coughing fit after my throat dried up in my sleep. ;_; Thankfully it was just dry and nothing else, irritated my lungs a little and ribs hurt but i'll be fine. My meds sometimes make keeping hydrated hard as they cause dry mouth and throat...uck.
Bit tired after all that.
Just glad my mum taught me to wrangle and control my breathing techniques so things didn't continue longer than they needed to.
Other than that, i'm OK.
Just a bit eepy.
