So, I'm kind of curious about this world...WORKS, to be blunt. XD The Pokemorphs seem to have more or less humanoid lifestyles, yet they still need trainers. I'm just a bit confused as to how the relationship between them and humans (and even other Pokemon, if they exist in a more "feralized" form) is managed. I hope that makes sense.

Pokemorphs are basically just another sentient race in the setting. There isn't anything in the tournament rules that requires a team to have a human coach and in the current age alot of teams don't, combat tournaments used to be a big show of cooperation between humans and pokes so it's more of the traditional set up.there aren't any feral pokemon but there are feral animals. the general idea is that pokemorphs that train under a human coach tend to do much better in their fights then without one and the coaches aren't like trainers they don't tell them what to do they advise on strategy and when to press an advantage.

Ahhhhh, gotcha. I think that makes a general sense.
