So with the new Fa update, and some small issues I cause back in 2019 that resulted in a mature block on my account(yes I was underage when I first joined back then) been an adult for a while now. And now I see this mature lock that my account still has is in effect with this new minor block option, and I cant veiw a lot of the artists Ive been watching. And I have tried to get the lock uplifted before , did what I was told and FA staff still said I did it incorrect and closed the tickets.
