Covid and flu shots are killing me DX

so today i got both a flu and covid booster and fuck. its not playing nice. got flu in my left and covid in my right arm and they both feel like they have been torn apart. can barly lift them
as well as feeling very tired and groggy and now intense chills. making it hard to even talk as my teeth chatter
and this is only day 1. from experience its day 2 which is the true hell. so wish me luck and pray for me
Im not even cold. i got 3 layers on and a heavy blanket on me but the shivering is so bad its like my body is on a rock shaker

Getting the flu this year has been tough.about 5-7days so far
Just be sure to take plenty of rest and tea and you should be on the road to recovery in no time ;3
