More two cents on all this.

And with new updates.
So, first of all, NO, FA still isn't SAFE or trustable enough to return posting here
But, we gotta be honest with ourselves and give credit when they're earned.
The recent apology announcement caught us on surprise, as no one expected something so quickly after their recent "update". And miraculously, this one seems... honest enough to read it.
Yeah, it took them 20 months with the community telling them almost in a daily base that the Upload Policy was biased against babyfurs/abdl
It took them a lot of trouble tickets and appeal notes against unfair bans that the same babyfurs/abdls got
It took them a lot of measures from the community against them, such as refunds from the gofundme and a mass exodus from the site...
I could go on and on, but the fact that, as we say here, "the toilet water finally hit their ass" And that note, differently from the others, adressed some of the issues, in a...let's say... human way, it doesn't sounds that company-like sorry note.
I'll give the merits hwere it should. It needs a lot of effort and strenght to ask for help, as Sciggles did on her journal, and so, this got my respect (on her as a person, not as a FA admin, don't mix both, please).
What will happen, we'll see when actions happen. until now, just a good apology note, but nothing that makes it clear that what's been happening won't happen again. That's why i said that for now, it's still not safe to stay here.
This battle is over and we won, but the war is still happening, and the site's next actions and mods behavior toward us will dictate the next step, if it'll be a cease fire and peace, or if it'll lead to new attacks.

FA+

We made them to stop with the current 2.7 rule, we made them apologize with the community, we made them realize they're poorly handling this site moderation.
We don't know if/when positive changes will be made, but this announcement from today shows they at least made one right step into fixing all the issues they caused.
I'm also concerned what will happen if they're short-staffed on mods.
but like i said, from all the announcements and actions, this one is on the right track. If it'll remain there on the next steps, just waiting. I don't trust it right now to get back.
