Nah Bsky has no such policy in place
Twitter's putting up a policy that basically says, "If you upload anything to our website we have free reign to feed it into our or any AI"
While AI grifters might be able to steal your stuff on Bsky, it's not legal for them to do and they don't have an inbuilt AI on the platform

Actually it’s very legal and blue sky has even said they don’t control what 3rd partys can access so they might not have an active policy they don’t discourage others from doing it googles know to scrap blue sky and so has Microsoft

they dont directly, but Unlike twitter, bsky content can be scraped by third parties.

You can see this easily, try to embed a twitter post, then try it with a bsky one.

So while Bsky arent training their own AI, you arent safe from others.

I keep seeing this repeated and it's simply incorrect. If you can see it on your computer/phone, it can be scraped. Doesn't matter if you need an account or not.

There's nothing special about Twitter/X requiring logins, just as there's nothing special about Bluesky (or FA for that matter). Twitter/X explicitly stated that they're going to train LLMs/Diffusion Models (aka AI) on your posts, meanwhile Bluesky isn't.

Let the blue checks stay mad that people are leaving and let artists thrive knowing that the platform they choose is not going to vacuum up their artwork to copy their style.

yea like i was saying to mallo, i'm gonna try using glaze to help mitigate things a little. i know it's not perfect but it's all i can do that i know of. I might just post on bs and tw with watermarks or something along with glaze and just post the normals on FA here and substar.

bluesky may not have its own ai but it also doesnt restrict overarching ai scraping from people like microsoft, google, and amazon.
it is also ironically much easier to poison art against twitter's ai than others.

i dunno at this point. Just the fact that they BLATANTLY came out and said that just pisses me off. might just use both platforms to post when i have auctions or streams going and just upload on substar and here.

i think twitter had to legally state they were. sites that dont have their own dedicated algo can just pretend they dont actively enable the big tech corpo giants in their theft of your info. twitter had to explicitly state "we only allow our algo to scrape"

ok well I guess I'm gonna try using glaze. I dunno if I'm just gonna post on both twitter and bluesky since it feels like it doesn't even matter. I haven't been that active on here because I've been dealing with allot of offline things. I am setting up to be more active now and as soon as I get back it's just this BS in my face. And it's not even my art being at risk of being stolen that's made me so mad, it's other artists that i look up to and respect.
