Why can't I get a break?!

The filling in my lower right back molar just fell apart, right before my cleaning appointment tomorrow! So now I've this big hole, a tooth in pain, no idea if it can be fixed or have to be cut out and still on top of everything else have to bring Jaspyr home after the appointment and make sure he's settled in okay.
the upshot is they can probably do something to help things at the cleaning. Hoping for relief for you!
