Today has been tough for a lot of folks. In the aftermath of yesterday's election I completely understand being nervous, apprehensive, or even scared. And it's important to express those emotions and seek comfort in the company of friends.
But also realize that's what they want; they want you to be scared. Refuse to give them that satisfaction. I may brood among friends, but in public I will be defiant and unwavering.
Let's take care of each other out there.
