By commissioning me or purchasing a YCH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian permission to place an order.
1.2 Characters must be of appropriate legal age for the content depicted.
1.3 If you want the artwork to remain anonymous or private, this must be discussed before payment.
1.4 I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to post, reproduce, sell prints, or use in Patreon and portfolios.
1.5 You may share or repost the artwork with visible credit. You may crop it for personal use, but you may not alter it, remove the watermark, or use it commercially.
1.6 I reserve the right to reject any order without explanation.

2. COMMISSIONS

2.1 After discussion, I provide 1–3 rough sketches. Once one is chosen, the rest may be reused for YCHs.
2.2 Payment is required within 24 hours after the invoice is sent.
2.3 If no response is received within 3 days after sending the sketch or invoice, the commission is cancelled.

3. YCHs

3.1 After an auction ends, the winner will be contacted via DM. If there is no reply within 3 days, the offer is withdrawn.
3.2 Payment is due within 24 hours after the invoice is sent.
3.3 Payment plans are only available to regular clients and by recommendation.

4. PROCESS & DEADLINES

4.1 Average turnaround is 3 days to 4 months depending on complexity and queue.
4.2 No strict deadlines unless discussed and paid (+50% rush fee).
4.3 The process may be streamed unless you request privacy.
4.4 Minor changes are accepted at the sketch stage. More than 3 revisions after approval will incur a fee (+5% per change).
4.5 I do not revise finished works unless it’s due to my mistake.
4.6 Corrections due to my errors are free of charge at any stage.
4.7 Once you approve the final artwork, the deal is considered complete.
4.8 Full privacy (non-posted artwork) is available for +100% of the cost.

5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

5.1 100% Prepayment is required before I begin.
5.2 Preferred method: EasyStart (USD/EUR). Others: Boosty, Hipolink.
5.3 Commission and taxes of payment systems are not included in the price (11.25% or 14%).
5.4 No refunds under any circumstances after payment is made.

6. DELIVERY & FILES

6.1 Final files will be provided in high resolution via cloud storage.
6.2 You are responsible for downloading your files within 15 days.
6.3 I do not share .psd/.sai source files unless agreed in advance.
