Well, fuck. As some of you may already know, a bit over a week ago I had an accident in Switzerland and someone called an ambulance for me without my consent. The one who will end up paying the price for it is me obviously. I hate how stupid I was for letting the person do it given that now a week later I’m fully recovered, but I can see why someone who saw me bleeding crawling in the ground may call emergency services.

So, now I owe this Swiss hospital a wooping $1130 USD for the ambulance ride, that’s as much money as I do in a month without eating or paying for a single basic amenity. Nope, insurance says they don’t cover it and so far it seems like this ain’t getting any better.

So… What do I do now? Well, I was thinking of doing a drive or something like that, which I haven’t done before because I’ve been lucky enough to avoid surprise bills this big until now. Guess there’s always a first time for everything.

So, I’m gonna call insurance one more time and if they give me the middle finger, I’m gonna have to proceed with the drive. If you guys can help me with this I’m gonna be eternally thankful.
