Ok, well...most should ignore this, but it's my journal and I'm going to bitch
Today I woke up at 8:11, relaxed for a bit, took a nice shower, came to work...all seemed like the start of a good day.
I knew a couple of students would be in and I'd have no assistants today, but I figured I could work on my chainmaille in the classroom so they could ask me questions. So, naturally, one of my boxes hit the pavement on the way in and broke.
Following this, students gradually came in, was nice, one took her final and passed (99.5% :D) and I helped some others study.
Round about noon a client came in for web help. She bought a website with a site creator package and wanted help. She's a custom pen designer. I told her that there's a website that has a great interface for that (etsy.com, check it out). My boss basically told me to shut up so we could help this poor woman throw good money after bad and design a site for her. >.<
Ok, fine...browse online quiet for a while, helping a student...then find out the Israel Service Corp, which cost me 3 grand+expenses to volunteer in Israel for 5 months, is now available entirely free of charge.
