Well... Peak Season

*I post Journals a bit rarely, but they mostly are for my current mood, so, yeah, you know, ranting or prideful talking.*
The start of November, on the fourth, was the beginning of my work place's busy season, which means 10 hour shifts, non-stop flow of collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, kale, and the most important, organics. It's a rush on things, having to keep the flow of product on a timed production, filling orders, shipping them out, you get the idea, but for me, it means a ton of cardboard and plastic crates, as well prefabricated boxes. Lots and lots of work, getting pallets loaded with flat boxes pulled, working a pallet-jack, stacking, loading, this and that... Good thing I'm built tough and enduring...
Nobody listens!!!!! Nobody is focused!!!! My box room workers are slack as hell!!!!! Bad management of the people in charge!!!!!! And I'm having to hold hands and put myself through nearly triple the workload!!!!!!
However... The hours of overtime and getting a bonus for being the box room overseer, plus ensuring my tasks are complete before the end of my ten to twelve shift, is worth it. I've also been allowed to work extra days that I would have off, so that's more for me, plus it'll allow me to get everything proper in my box room and have things ready for the coming days others are off. So, it works out, sorta... Just tired of having to retrain or show others what to do, even after they've been there for a month now.
Now for the fun stuff ^^
I have been able to get things done around my house/homestead, cleaning up, organizing, getting my yard right (nearly), and taking the time for my own personal wants. I've gotten back into my WarHammer 40K figures, both building and painting some, even sorting through my Pokemon/YuGiOh cards. Cooking out a little more with my evening hours, hitting Netflix and Prime, even getting back into collecting strange things.
All in all, it's been a wild, rough, enduring first week for the busy season, but I believe in the long run, it's going to pay off for me well.

FA+

For the 'Death Reach' legion, it's mostly a traitor legion of cultist and renegade guardsmen, armor as well.
For the other two named legions, it's Chaos Space Marines mostly.
