I will no longer create new YCH never

Most often I've talked about my condition in X but it's time to share here as well my friends
I experienced a major burnout after Halloween, when no YCH dedicated to that theme sold.
It wasn't the only reason, but it was a sign for me to make a change. I don't know what I'm going to do yet but,
❗️I have some important news to report:❗️
1. All commissions are closed forever
2. Just like I'll never create anything new from YCH again. Everything I have now is still on sale, and I plan to raise prices on some things soon.
But my open YCH folder is all that will be on sale from now on.
It's crazy to say since YCH art is the only thing that has helped me make money for a living the last few years
but saying that I couldn’t draw YCHs anymore is so nice and makes me so happy I couldn't help but share it
I'm tired. Tired of the race. I can't accept the current realities where an artist has to fight
for attention with AI gen art creators and I just want to do what I love and not be a commercial YCH artist ever again
Thanks for your attention, getting some of your time to read such a large post in the era of Tik-tok
current is really very expensive. Way more expensive than any YCH slot.

Still I'm glad you found a job and I understand, I myself am feeling jobless right now like you once did.
But time passes and things always get better. At least I hope so.

The issue is all over the place
The election in the u.s has made people skeptical
At work, I actually hadn't gotten paid for 6 weeks
All the money I had, went to bills
I know a lot of artists struggling but at my shop, i was really struggling to pay people and myself
It's weird because now, since the election is over
People are out spending money
I finally got paid and I've been looking at commissioning now
These last 4 months have been real hard tbh
