Encyclopedia Dramatica is like a distillation of the LULZy sort of online dystopia of the 2010s.
But it's not a forums board (as far as I know, but yes there are discussions because it's a wiki) like Kiwi. Kiwi forums tends to inspire people to go out and fuck with people actively, rather than simply archiving things. (not that archiving things cannot be an attack, in a way)
I found some amusement on Kiwi back when things were a bit more inocent, looking up Cool Cat (saves the kids). But I stay far away after seeing some of what happens there.
Both are sinister, but if I were forced to choose between the two, I'd let ED survive.

I'm pretty sure that they listed me and my friend as "LOLcows" or something like that and they encouraged doxxing and harassment. When they talked about my friend, they used racist, homophobic, and ableist language.

Well, one reason is that I was trying to understand why they would pick you.
Sure, you're eccentric (which is really not a bad thing), but I don't currently quite understand.

Of course, it is (unfortunately) human nature for people to seek out others to belittle, in order to feel better about themselves. whether or not the target deserves it is not necessarily important (to the trolls)!
