I gave this question to my Discord server, but I'd love more answers!!
If you could put any song from all of recorded human history into a time capsule to be heard by people in the year 3040, what song would you pick?
It could be any song to represent an era, your lived experiences, or just your favourite! Anything, really.
I said, I think I'd pick Tonight Tonight by Hot Chelle Rae, not because it's my favourite song, far from it. I just think it really captures late 00's early 2010's party music and I remember it being overplayed to hell and back. And it inspired me to ask the question in the first place.

Mostly because it makes me think of star-crossed lovers separated by time so it seems fitting.
Seriously though, I couldn't pick! I listen to almost all genres and tend to hyperfocus on someone's titles when I find them for the first time or listen to the same anime fighting theme because some particular scene stuck with me.
