Thanks to a friend, I got some awful news this morning. 
got scammed so badly
they don't have money for the mortgage, that's due at the end of the week. The full details are

Honestly, they're sounding dangerously upset over the whole thing. While this is the only thing
I could do within reason, I'm hoping some of you out there, are in a far better position that I am.
