Update 12/6/2024

Hiya everyone, Magnum here and I want to give a quick update^^
First I am happy to say that my overall stress has died down pretty quickly, this was due to the drama I was talking briefly about last month and it has been resolved. And after being hit by a huge wave of relief I ended up taking a nap for a couple hours because of how tense I was and I honestly don't take naps because all they do is mess me up^^;
I am doing my best to get back into drawing, unfortunately because I was inactive with it my skills have taken a hit I think but I am not letting that get me down, I just have to get use to drawing again and after I get back to where I was I will then get back to learning more and trying to improve. I am currently working on a new batch of characters to add to the Magna-Verse to help me get back into it more, plus off and on I am also working on the next part of the Twilight line for the Magna-Verse which I am hoping to have done before Christmas.^^

Longevity experts suggest taking naps, as they will increase your lifespan potentially if you are not getting enough hours of sleep consistently as an adult. Otherwise, naps are programmed into every human and it is good to engage in them healthily when able since there is a way to "fck up" your daytime nap as a great ape species. Many people don't know about that part but it is hard to educate on sleep science when cultures have sought to destroy naps as a symbol of laziness, rather than innate biological function and regulation of body health.
No napping is alright, but if you don't ever nap and build up tension, passing out for hours at a time is normal, hopefully you can get back to speed!
