No, not in a bad way.
Getting set to go see the nutritionist. No, there's nothing wrong with me (other than I need to lose weight) but I want to make sure my nutrition is good (lower cholesterol, too) and that I can make better meals for hubby (who has diabetes and a bunch of other things.)
I'm not a very good cook (mostly from lack of interest and busy with other things) but my plan to outlast this presidency means staying healthy. So it's off I go to learn something new -- and bullying a new provider into NOT treating me like a "little old grandmother."
That's something that I regularly have to do because I'm NOT a normal woman. Daughter also warned me that I have to tell them that I'm "neurodivergent" so they understand that some behaviors are related to Being Me.
(and if you didn't realize it, yes I'm autistic. So autistic that my parents took me to a psychiatrist when I was 13 and institutionalizing me would have been an option. However, I gamed the system and avoided that by lying about everything.)

Good luck on the path to culinary bliss.
I've been cooking 'healthy' for decades (just eating too much of it). My mother had gall bladder problems when she was in her early 40s and she reduced the fat and salt intake for the whole family. As it was she lived to 87; dementia and pneumonia took her out. Pneumonia has claimed every woman in her line as far back as we can trace; yes, my sister is up in her vaccinations (she's a nurse).
FWIW: ADHD and OCD. It's like Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots in my brain.
I find it remarkable how many people in the fandom are autistic. It does make a lot of sense in many ways. An awful lot of folks who watch me have declared that they're autistic, and there may well be more who haven't mentioned it. I don't even have all that many people watching me, and at least ten or so of them consider themselves to be autistic.
And being autistic sure doesn't mean that people are stupid... I've found the exact opposite to often be true.
I wish I could have been diagnosed a lot sooner than I was, but them's the breaks.
My tip is that you use condiments in dust: Onion, garlic, parsley, etc. It's a fast way and you have almost the same flavor than fresh ones but you save the chore to cut and wash veggies.
I'm blessed with Mexican/indiginous genes sooo I get away with less rigorous dietary constraints.. your becoming one of my heros . Stay healthy.
We know our Joey is neurodivergent (ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalcula), but is so high-functioning, it's been extremely difficult to diagnose and pin down and get an exact course of action WRT his learning (think Sheldon from Big Bang Theory). We feel beyond grateful and fortunate to have him in Canadian education, and at an amazing school that's so willing to work with him and his unique learning style.
