Looking for collab partners

I am tentatively opening up to the idea of working with other artists again. My time is limited though so I have to be picky, unfortunately. I wouldn't mind some one-off collabs for fun, but I'm ultimately interested in finding a long term commission collab partner.
If you are of similar or greater skill than mine and are interested, please show me your best/recent works, and let me know what positions you'd like to fill, and what your typical turn around time is for a drawing.
I'd love someone who can sketch and shade/render, someone who will do lines/flat color, and especially someone proficient with backgrounds or animating still images, but I'm open to other combinations.
I will make some lineart to use as a test for those who want to color/shade my lines. If I'm interested in working with you, it would be nice for me to have something of yours to practice with as well!
My biggest ask is that you only apply if you are somewhat quick with delivering art. I finish pieces in less than a week usually, unless it's more detailed. One month maximum. I'm not looking to partner with anyone who needs 3+ months for their part. It's nothing personal, it's just that my current business set up revolves around monthly turn around times, and having regular disruptions to that will throw me off. This system works for me, so I'd like to keep to it.
The only exception to this would be if you are providing only the sketch, and you accept payment after the sketch is done. You'd do your part, get paid, and I'd finish it from there.

I'm comfortable with all stages from sketch to shading and rendering, but I'm still working on backgrounds (: My current turnaround times are 2-3 weeks (depending on complexity and such)
I wouldn't want to over commit, so one every few months with the one month turnaround would be ideal at this stage, to be reviewed after we've worked together a bit to see if I can up the ante?

I'm most interested in sketching, additionally I can do some softer realistic shading - though there's not much good examples because that doesn't match too well with my own lining style.

I can also do backgrounds, though I prefer sketching them over finishing them. I can also help with adding texture/effects etc.

My turn around is quite dependent on schedule, I can do multiple sketches in a day, but I need to schedule it in advance (need all material ready). And then if working again later, there needs to be some solid expectation. I've not had very good flexibility recently because lots of stuff is in "backlog" - but having some collabs would probably be a bit lighter and a nice fresh change of the usual.
