Hey to celebrate our 20th week of this series I'm going to shoutout some stories that start off with the prey going to the stomach but somehow they magically end up in a womb or egg.
Our first story is A Tale of Cats and Mice written by Doombeez and commissioned by Thenypod44

In this one a tribe of mice and a tribe of cats have a symbiotic relationship in which every 5 years they hold a holiday called the feast of rebirth and during this feast the Mice must flee from the cats who want to eat them. The thing is though the mice who are eaten are reborn as the kittens of the cat that ate them later. Both tribes know that being eaten will result in this rebirth. With this knowledge most of the mice actually want to be eaten but they have to give a chase as they will have bad luck in their next lives should they be caught without a chase. Our protagonist, a mouse called Anders, actually doesn't have any strong feelings about idea of being reborn but he promised his friend he would go to the feast with her as there is actually only a small change of being eaten by a cat because they usually only eat around 20 victims per feast. During the feast his friend gets eaten so he makes an effort to be eaten by the same cat so he can be reborn as his friend's sibling, he successes and he joins hands with his best friend in the stomach as they slowly become unconscious. He awakens in the womb of the cat thanks to a relic he wore during the feast, and he is actually able to talk to his new mother as a fetus in the womb thanks to this relic. He is later reborn as a cat along with 3 other siblings, one of which is his friend, and he slowly loses his memories, but he is able to remember that he was originally a mouse. He also is born with mouse ears instead of cat ears thanks to the relic.
First things first I really loved the world building in this one. I loved the symbiotic relationship both tribes had while strangely both tribes don't quite understand how this relationship started off, essentially since both tribes speak a different language. I'm curious myself about the lore behind how it all started but I believe it's one of those mysteries that are best kept a mystery as any answer might be unsatisfying. One thing I wish the author would answer is why do the cats have a rebirth feast if the victims of the feast can be reborn as a male. While Ander's gender isn't mentioned after he is reborn, he is still referred to as a he/him and his cat mom even renames him Andy which is a male name. So, what is the point of the feast if both males and females exist in the cat tribe and can probably reproduce normally? As far as nitpicks go I would have had the vore scene last longer, but it makes sense why in the story it would be quick as the cat lady was trying to eat as many mice as possible.
This is just a personal preference but I also would have made Anders be a bit more scared when he was being held by the cat lady, he is a bit too eager to go down her throat, I probably would have had him think that maybe in the last seconds before being vored that he would have second thoughts about being eaten, like maybe he would have the thought that this whole feast thing isn't about rebirth but about appeasing the cat tribe with a sacrifice but when he gets in the stomach he is calmed by his friend and he realizes whatever awaits him death or rebirth he would at least be with his best friend for it. Last thing, in the end he loses his memories which kind of negates the boon the relic gave him earlier, I would have had the story end with him walking past some hiding mouse folk, maybe with his mother and siblings, and he realizes he can hear and understand them, thus giving his mouse ears some better significance and giving the story an optimistic ending where maybe these two tribes can have a better connection thanks to him in the future.

In this short story a man and his group of friends decide to steal a bunch of Yoshi eggs for an unknown reason. They are soon caught, vored, and added to the egg collection. Soon after they would be reborn as new members of the Yoshi Tribe. While this story doesn't have the world building of the last story it definitely makes it up with its well detailed vore scene and I love how menacing the author made the normally cute Yoshies. I'm actually surprised there isn't that as much Yoshi rebirth vore on the web. I would think there would be more thanks to how popular the character is and how its possibly cannon that Yoshies do reproduce via vore. Actually thinking about it what Yoshi does is kind of messed up no matter how you view it. He either quickly digests his victims and calcifies the waste/remains and throws them at enemies like a chimpanzee at a zoo or he converts them into his unborn offspring and then aborts said offspring by throwing it at enemies.

This one takes place in the monster hunter universe and in this story a monster bird called a qurupeco lays a trap for our hunter so that they can vore and rebirth him. I thought the vore scene in this one was well done and I like the idea of the birds taking over the village by consuming everyone but I have mixed feelings about the last sentence as it seems like it was put there as a joke but it kind of ruins the seriousness of the whole story.
Thank you Chibiwolfy for the story, bird rebirth stories are rare and I appreciate them when someone does write one.

In this one a child has a picnic by himself and while eating a fox, who understands but cannot speak German, appears and wants the boy to share the meal with him. The boy does share a good portion of the meal with the fox but the fox is still hungry, so the boy offers to feed himself to fox, on the condition that he doesn't use his teeth and he lets him out later. The boy thinks such an idea is safe as cartoon characters do this all the time. The fox nods his head enjoying the idea of eating the boy. The vore scene happens but after the boy becomes unconscious, he wakes up as a fox kit alongside his new parents and siblings without any memories of his past life.
Alot of what happens in the story is left heavily implied such as the fox being magical in nature and the fox wanting to keep his word by letting the boy out by transferring his soul to a female during reproductive activities. I don't blame the author for wanting to have these elements be implied as the line between what is ok and not ok is very blurry when it comes to underage prey. Me personally I think underage prey is fine as long as the pred is eating them for nutrients or for converting them into their offspring and not for sexual pleasure. Thing is though if you write an unbirth scene with an underage prey you pretty much have to hit the fast forward button when describing the scene as something going into the pred's vagina will give it pleasure which might cross the line of what is and isn't ok.

Lastly is a story in the Naruto universe. I can't find the orginal post to and as such if someone knows who orginally posted this can you message me so I can give proper credit.

Naruto was having a boring day. he was currently on his way back to Konoha from a solo B rank mission that was considered a C rank but the client paid for a B rank. It was night time and naruto decided to make camp for the night with the help of the shadow clone jutsu.As he slept he found himself in a familiar sewer and in front of avery familar gates. "Time to see what the fox wants now." Naruto thought to himself as he approached the steel gates to look for the Kyuubi no Kitsune but to his shock he could not see the giant fox as the cage was seemly empty. "What the hell!" Naruto cursed."There is no way the fox got out without me knowing." he thought not relizing he had jumped passed the gates of the cage.A shadow figure crept up from behind Naruto, who's instincts told him to turn around, before tackling him to the ground and held him with great strength by the shoulders. Naruto winced a the strength before focusing on the one holding him and let was shocked.
The person was a woman with a perfect hourglass figure with EE breasts threating to burst from her crimson komono and a firm ass with skinny dusky tan and creamy smooth legs. But though her looks made a goddess what shocked was the two fox ears coming out of her long,blood red hair and the nine thrashing tails coming out of her tailbone. "Kyuubi." Naruto breathed softly. "Yes, Naruto it's me Kyuubi and now I finally have you." She purred in a seductive voice. Dispite his body acting differently Naruto was scared immensly now that Kyuubi could kill him and be free. "Oh no, Naruto im not going to kill you I have a much better idea for you my kit." She said reading his thoughts. "It was quite foolish of you too come in here where I am Goddess and control everything Naruto but you were always thickheaded right." She asked.
When he gave no response Kyuubi lowered down still gripping him hard and kissed him on the lips. Using his surprise she lanced his lips open and then began to send her tongue down his throat, after a few seconds she pulled back and swallowed his saliva traceing the buldge down her throat before proceeding to lick him all over his face and even once into his ear.Naruto was in a trance as she began to lick him all over a letted outa pleasured filled moan. Pulling back from him she smiled down at himloving his taste."hhmmm Naruto you taste so good I cant wait too have you. I would take your virginity first but even your stamina dosent compare to mine yet." She giggled. "I hope you ready naruto because your going to be spending eternity with me. I am going to reincarnate you." Upon seeing his questioning look she continued, "I am going to make you into a demon like myself, immortal and unkillable. But first im going to eat you." She said licking her lips, "Im going to digest your body here then im going to stuff your soul into my womb where you'll be reborn into a demon. Ill be your mother then when your are old enough your Goddess and eventually we will have Kits together because make no mistake im never letting you go. But dont worry you'll be happy you get a do over for life and we'll live far from humans as much as i want revenge on Konoha this is good enough for me." Naruto was panicing at what she was planning for him but his struggles were for naught as she was still on top of him.
Kyuubi shreds Naruto's clothes as she wanted to get the full taste of him."Now Naruto," Kyuubi opens her mouth the inside heavly coated with saliva stringing along her teeth as some dripping from the roof of her mouth "time for you to be in my stomach." Kyuubi pulls Naruto by the shoulder into her mouth. For Kyuubi its a explosion of flavor upon her tongue and she quickly sucks on his head a like a jawbreaker.For Naruto he's still in panic but cant struggle much due to her strength and her tongue once again licking him all over. Then he hears an audiable gulp and watch as her throat opens up to accept him. Kyuubi swallows again as she now has Naruto's shoulders in her mouth using her great strength she lifts Naruto high into the air directly up and gravity does its job as Naruto slowing starts falling deeper inside her and Kyuubi continues to suck on his body.She grips him to stop when Naruto's Member rested upon her tongue. She now starts to wrap her tongue around it and start rubbing it. Naruto lets out another moan of pleasure as he is inside her throat still about to enter her belly when she starts to assualt his member it dosent take long for him to come inside her. Satisfied at the cream filling Kyuubi now starts forcing Naruto down eager to finish now. Soon enough only Naruto's feet stay outside Kyuubi mouth until Kyuubi braces and swallows the Last of Naruto down. Letting a little drool fall from her lips she stands up as the gates open as the seal was destroyed and Naruto's body changes into hers nothing
abnormal about her execpt looking as if 6 months pregnant. Before setting off away from the Elemental Countries to the west she looks down at her belly knowing Naruto was still alive but in about 3 months he wont remember anything of his life before she isn't sure if he will be male when she releases him but she's okay she has a way around that for her future Kits.
