General rules
- Receiving art from me (let it be a custom commission, an YCH, an adoptable, a trade or a raffle prize) means that you have read and agreed to this TOS.
- The term artwork will be used to describe any type of goods that can be bought from me in this TOS.
- You must be 18 years old or older to buy. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone I suspect might be underage.
- I don't automatically post every artwork that is commissioned online, don't take it personal!
- Stay courteous and polite. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful.
- I show the waiting list at all times on my profile. Waiting times may vary and will be discussed individually. Urgent commissions with specific deadlines may produce extra fees and will be discussed individually.
- Files will be shared by We Transfer or Google Drive.

- Some kinks (ask beforehand). This includes : watersports, scat, vomiting, vore, necrophilia, zoophilia, inflation, diapers, cubs, age regression
- Politics and anything that discriminates against a group of people.

Commissions
- You can send me a note, write a comment under the commission opening post, or reach me through Discord (mustelideus) to ask for a commission slot.
- Describe what you want with as much details as you can and provide a reference sheet if applicable. I am not responsible to include details you wanted but didn't tell me beforehand.
- You will be provided with a WIP after the sketch is done and another one after the flat colors are done (if applicable). If I made any mistakes in your design, the changes are free. However, any extra changes not specified in your initial demand will be provided for an extra fee.
- You will be tagged in the artwork if it is posted online. You can ask to remain anonymous if you wish.
- You can repost the artwork online on any platforms as long as you credit me as the artist. Tags are appreciated if I have an account on said platform.

Adoptables
- When adopting one of my designs, you become the owner of the character. However, you still have to credit me as the original artist on the artwork you got from me.
- You may resell the design for equal or inferior value only.
- You may change details in the design as you wish in future depictions of the character. You may not change details yourself in the original artwork.

Payment
- Payment must be 100% of the value and upfront.
- Payment is to be made through Paypal only. I will provide you with a link to my business page.
- Payment is to be made before the 48 hours mark after the artwork is reserved. After that time window, the demand will be voided.
- Currency is in USD only.

Commercial use
- If your commission is for commercial purposes, you must say so in your demand.
- Each demand will be evaluated individually and will produce extra fees.
- You may use designs you have commissioned from me for personal uses only (prints, t-shirts, mugs, etc.). Selling the artwork you got from me is strictly prohibited.
