I've enough of a grim view of the human race to last a lifetime and I really don't need or want it to get any worse. Not that I can really help that, but I don't want to hurt either.

I do know who the real enemies are. They sit in the White House, they head our corporations and institutions, they manage our news networks, and they all promise us the truth or that they'll protect us and do neither. In fact, one could conceive that the mindless pursuit of wealth has driven them to forego the societal contract of honor thy neighbor for filling up their bank accounts.

But then, perhaps so are we for allowing ourselves to be deceived.
So perhaps all we need to do to find the guilty is to look in the mirror. ;)

The truth is that our country has developed in a way that it wasn't supposed to. And drastic changes must be made to rectify them.

But what are the chances of that?

The videos cover that. Seems christianity doesn't actually exist and never has, who knew :P

They correlate the studies of bible researchers and archeologists to prove the existance of most characters in the old testament. But they also indicate that those people were not who they claimed to be.

I agree that it serves such a social purpose, but I am personally a skeptic as the existence of omnipotent beings or other 'planes' of existence and the similar as purported by religions.

I don't believe they exist, I don't have any proof they exist, but it doesn't mean that they don't.

Other things like don't steal, don't murder, don't cheat on your wife... that'd pretty well disqualify all but like 1% of the current elected officials. Sad, really.

I tend to take a skeptical view of these "documentaries". They tend to be published by people with an agenda, or those who have an unnatural sense of paranoia, i.e. conspiracy theorists. I find it hard to believe that anyone could publish anything with an altruistic state of mind, so I'm loathe to believe any of these pieces that are intended to expose "truth".

Everyone has an agenda. Everyone. Everyone that doesn't kill themselves and only themselves in the next 2 seconds has an agenda. It's a lot like an opinion (or an ass hole). Everyone has one.

This documentary looks to have been made by a small group of people on home video editing equipment and distributed for a while person to person on a VHS tape. There is video degradation and all the footage is either from movies, personally made images or television. Good narrator though.

Sounds like it's not peer-reviewed, so I can't in good conscience lend credibility to it.

I'm reviewing it, and it coincides with numerous other researchers' findings. Watch it and then make up your mind, you can't base your assumptions on any information as you've yet to actually take any in.

I'll help, at least until I see what's what. I've seen 0 info of this online. The only thing I'm waiting for right now is the new credit documentary. For the life of me I can't remember the name. It just came out this year.

From the genealogy the vidoes mention it appears that Bush is actually quite inbred. Which does explain a lot.

I have to say, I would take anything you see in these documentaries with a bucket load of salt, just as you should always treat 'official' sources with equal skepticism...

I don't take kindly to being lied to so it pretty much just takes once for me to never believe anything from the same source ever again. Since I've found most 'official' sources to either be ignorant or liars I tend not to believe anything they say, but in fact the opposite.

While I haven't any interest in the documentary, on the state of world affairs I can offer the opening lines of a famous Chinese tale (which some of you may recognize) which always leaves me wondering.

"The empire, long united, must divide. Long divided, must unite. Thus it has ever been."

(and no I am not proposing overthrow of the government :P)
