portraits of people. I need help.

I realized that I don't like the way my faces turn out when I draw them, they don't turn out the way I want them to.
I feel like I need to do something. One of the few things that could help me is a possible portrait challenge.
I remember participating in something like this many years ago, but I haven't come across anything worthwhile since then.
I wonder if anyone in the community knows about this? Maybe they want to participate in this or know where it's held?
On a discord server or somewhere else?

и профит поимеешь с отдачи людей, которых порадуешь гифтом, и с фанартов набегуть
Другое дело когда есть для этого условные рамки, тебе дают задание, тему и ты от этого отталкиваешься как тебе угодно. У меня это сработало с 30-ю портретами людей, тогда у меня навык и бустанулся. И челлендж тот был очень интересным и при этом не ограничивающим. Вот бы еще раз такого попытать где нибудь.
А то попадался какой-то недавно в телеге, а там рисуешь в ограниченной палитре (что не плохо), но сука с фотографий и типа простите???? зачем мне срисовывать лица с фото ало. Я может хотела подогнать палитру под персонажа и задать тему/ракурс, а не вот это всё.
Думаю не исключено что я такие темы буду из нейронки добывать, но меня вдохновляет рабочая атмосфера, когда много людей работает одновременно
