It's last minute, but Anthro Northwest 7 is in Seattle this weekend. Maybe you can piggyback on someone there. There's Painted Desert Fur Con in Phoenix, AZ, but that's also this weekend and out of your range.

Furlandia is on Memorial Day Weekend this year, and they're just starting registration and such. Same location as last year. I plan to be there as it's very close to where I live.

There is a newer/ smaller con called Get Out the Float, hosted in Seaside, Oregon in early February. It has a pool toy/inflatables theme and caters to the niche crowd who are into that stuff, but it's also a solid general fur con. I feel like the staff/community skew towards slightly older furs who may appreciate seeing work from a founding artist in the fandom.

Vendor tables are full this year, but it may be worth getting on the wait list or keeping an eye on the con in the near future.

If you plan to go to Biggest Little Fur Con or Further Confusion, and will going by car, you can stop by Old Sacramento. I work at the Sacramento History Museum and you can be my guest, and also go on one of our underground tours.

I know it's not really fitting your requirements, but CFF is always worth mentioning! In Western North Carolina in the fall, it used to be called Blue Ridge Furfare, and is such a chill, easy to access smaller con :) https://www.carolinafurfare.org/ They will be having a con this year in 2025.

Rather far away in Memphis, Tennessee is Mephit Furmeet, which holds the unique distinction of being the second longest running hotel furcon behind Eurofurence yet never having had more than 800 attendees. Somewhat considered the graymuzzle con (flat attendance = largely the same people going each year), the biggest gripe people have had since 2010 is the hotel itself (very nice staff, crappy building maintenance), but the con is moving to a different, larger hotel in downtown Memphis as of this year.

If your willing to go to oklahoma I would sudjest wild nights if you do not mind camping. 5 day con, membership includes a place to sleep, and meals. It is a pretty small con, like 200 folks, and its at a state park, so there are cabins and stuff for folks to sleep in, but, cabin space is limited, I think 100 people? Not a con to really make much money at, but, its a good con to just go and relax at. Heck, I sorta treat it as a camping out weekend, just relax mostly.
