Gosh, where do I start with 2024? I guess I could sum up the bad stuff in that I spent way too much on cons (MFF in particular was absolutely a mess and has me reconsidering going in 2025), had a terrible realization that my now-former bestie is drifting away from me (and in some ways still kind of is) and we all know what happened in early November that'll screw all of us over.

However, it was not a complete loss. I started college, had some pretty great convention moments, and met my favorite streamer in-person at AWU! That last bit was the best day of this year - shoutout to TrulyAVaporeon/owlburrow for that day!

Still, overall, 3/10 year. The good moments were very very good, but the bad moments made me want to rip the hair out of my arms with a spoon, along with much worse. My mental health lately especially has been hit-or-miss, thanks to the former best friend essentially snooping on my Bluesky around November, thanks to a combo of him being logged out and a friend of his I hadn't blocked. He has since apologized for it, but the wound still remains...

Here's hoping I can stomach what 2025 throws at me.
