2024 is over already? Well, I guess it's time for the send off!

I honestly don't know how to judge 2024 overall though, I could probably call it a victory in that I just made it through another year alive... and honestly I feel oddly okay with that. I mean, what, I got my first smart phone this year? That's a milestone. Additionally I made more efforts to do more walking and general exercise, which has made me feel a little better about myself.

Well I guess the one BIG thing this year was my attending MFF, and I think it'll be the most memorable thing that happened to me in 2024, as it just made me appreciate being out there spending time with people. The experience in general has really made me realize how much I've taken socializing for granted, and how alone I've been really feeling for the longest time.

That's why come 2025, I would like to resolve to try and be more social out in the world. This would probably be a very difficult task for me, since I've built myself up as more of an observer than anything, but if MFF has showed me anything it's that those moments with other people are so invaluable. Even if I'm unable to completely make myself open up, if I can be more sociable than I was the year before I'll consider that a victory.

And that about wraps my closing thoughts up. For everyone out there who has made my days feel brighter, I wish nothing but the best moving forward into the new year.
