I hope people are celebrating safely and responsibly.

I am hoping this year will treat me better. Just this last month alone has been a real roller coaster; dealt with car troubles that caused me to have my car towed home, and luckily my bandmates helped me out in repairing one of the issues, though I know one issue still remains, I need to source the part to fix it and get more time away from work.

Speaking of work, a lot of you may or may not know I am working a full-time job, and have been for the last six and a half years, almost. But it occurred to me all throughout last year that even though I'm getting paid decently, it's starting to become unbearable working a job everyday, and seeing most of your paycheck go towards lot rent (I live in a mobile home trailer park), mortgage, and bills and seeing only a small bit of revenue sitting in your bank account. That's why I'm throwing around the idea of possibly opening up for 3D commissions, and maybe some writing commissions in the future, assuming the motivation isn't hampered like it has been throughout most of last year. I am still throwing around the idea, and not even sure if it will work considering that there are a few stipulations that one would need to follow (like providing me with a model to use, and only accepting payments through PayPal or something). That and I am also hoping that the game consoles I put up in my journal almost two weeks ago will appeal to someone here, cause that would be a huge stimulus for me for even a month.

Regardless, I hope things will continue to turn out well. Not sure how the next four years will hold out, but holding out hope.
