It seems that I also was a victim of Talonpaw, you can check their profile and see it was a scam, he comissioned a lot of people and some hours ago he made a big refund from EVERYONE he commmisisoned

I don't know, maybe Paypal will understand that it's massive chargeback and he got all arts he paid for, I got screenshots with proofs that i sent him all done work but I have no idea, can it help or not

Seems to be forcing refunds from EVERYONE they interact with and especially if it's through paypal, the policy is usually on the buyer's side.
It's rough that they're hitting so many people, getting what's essentially almost free art and time wasted by those affected.

Someone has to take legal action against them to set an example, or other scammers will just become more emboldened to try this again and again.
Here's hopping PP will do the right thing and stead of just leaning on TOS.
But it is still a transaction of art and even in the .. art culture- sometimes things are nude. Wouldn’t want someone to pay for a painting and do the same thing.

Keep NOTHING in your Paypal accounts. As soon as possible, transfer it to a safe bank, free from refunds. Even the bank can't accept a refund request from a disgruntled user, and Paypal has no jurisdiction nor permission to remove it from your bank without your say-so.
Select a bank account from your list and it will reset how you perform transactions. Under Settings, I think.
Once buddy has been found, it would be appropriate to also ban this individual from attending ALL CONVENTIONS for life.
Really hoping paypal might snuff out the account assuming we all fight the chargebacks
but so scary, have no money to deal with this type of loss.
