In general, what the blacklists of arts websites do is hide from your view the unwanted arts that you do not want to see, for example those contents related to pedophilia or those that are too graphic, that is what the blacklists of these arts websites are for. but the closest thing to the user blacklist is the blocker that furaffinity has that tells you the names of the artists you have blocked
