yea surgery can be daunting....nearily a heart attack when I saw the anestiesia bill.

yeah i had back surgery last year

hernia for me... insurance covered the most of it... but they tryed to pin the last bill on me... Already take a good amount in my paycheck.

I read somewhere online that if you receive an expensive medical bill in the USA, you can request that it be itemized, and the bill will be returned to you much cheaper.
IDK if this works in Canada, but I think it is worth a try.
