No idea on closed species or anything like that from me. I’m in the camp that you can pull ideas from anywhere and there really isn’t much you can do to stop people I wouldn’t think. If anything you could call it a MAMAG3N and then boom, they can’t really do anything about it. And if they or their fans come after you for whatever reason you can go after them for Harassment.

Yeah, I'm in that camp too. Can't just claim you own all foxes with horns and such lol! Honestly, I can't find much info at all on them so I guess that makes them fair game. Shoulda had the rules clearly posted somewhere if there are any. Either way I won't be that restrictive with my own species. In fact, I'm going to give them a bit of mystery and open ended-ness so it's easy to make customs of them~

Soooo I took some time to look into the Mamagen stuff, having never heard of them before. They're made by Ghostly_shark on X (https://x.com/Ghostly_Shark), whom sells them as 3D models for use on VR chat and such. As a species they've been around since 2021, or at least officially from the artist. given all the art on here and E6 I'd say that it's pretty safe to make your own character of the species without issue, especially so given that they're a branch off of Protogens- which have their own rule set for use and such.

Makes sense. That's where I first discovered them. And yeah, I've even found some bases during my dig so it's definitely on the safe side. I just wasn't sure if they were the premium branch off of Protogens, I can't recall the name where only like 5 exist or something and only sold by the Protogen creator.
