Would anyone be interested in a commission type geared towards artists who want to see a different take and some corrections on their work ( With a version pointing out mistakes or things to work on in private?
Or would any commissioners be interested in submitting an old piece to be revamped?
I’d keep these prices as low as I could within reason but I’m curious if this is like a taboo subject?
I think it’s fun to bring old pieces to life and I know a few paint overs of my own work helped me greatly, though maybe I’m not good enough to be doing that…
I’d probably charge 50 - 100 USD depending on the piece

I think it's only taboo if written permission was never given.
That said, Personally when I commissioner gets art from me Ill usually just let them do whatever with it, even if they straight reprint and sell the thing a bunch. Its art they paid for afterall. But a lot of artists have different takes and rightfully so depending on many factors!
Not sure if they even do art anymore
I'm not too worried about hurting their feelings at this point.
Morally (IMO) if you comm'd a piece you can do whatever you want with it as long as the changes don't impact the original artist negatively.
i'd still love a cum version of the one you did for me ^^
