Help my friend out?

Hello again, everyone!
Ok, here's the short version
My friend here has brain damage and is from a household that HATES him for being gay when he's really not.
Any help you can give him would be much appreciated as he's currently homeless and jobless. He's been struggling with this for over a year now, and there's not really much hope left. As he's states away, I can't just pick him up and take him in, what with lease agreements as well.
If there's anything we can do as a community to help him out I would be forever grateful to you.
