Sorry to say, lowering prices is going to be a long road for it to happen organically. The sum totals of all dollars printed has a fixed value of sorts, if you print 2x the number, each one is worth half, in converse, goods now appear to cost 2x as much. The treasury will have to destroy more money than it prints.
