I like helping people.
And I like being competent.
But I *hate* being the only competent one around and being actively relied on to do things while others do extremely little to nothing.

I have never felt more alone when people near my *expect* me to do things, and then *still hinder me doing it*. It feels like a premium version of taking advantage of my kindness :-\.
