Idea/theme: my character and kara stuck in a tentacle "bed" (basically surrounded by and restrained by tentacles). Both characters hypnotised and in some kind of heat via pheremones or tentacle fluids with womb tattoos and getting filled with eggs.
Could pose them restrained apart but nearby each other like seperate "victims" or restrained together, maybe kissing, or slightly apart with saliva strung between mouths to imply so as they're filled full.
Sorry if that's more detailed an idea than what you were looking for but a theme or posing like that would be great ^^
