Rest, take it slow, doctor's advice. Fiber/Metamucil/etc + mild laxative if you're on a opiate/syn-opiate pain med for a few weeks if needed. A 5 or 6 ft wooden pole to help getting out of bed so that you don't stress abdominal muscles. Audio books, paper sketch pads. All your fans will still be here, so don't fret about that.
