Jeez....

On the 'Plus side'? Cataract surgery today is about as safe as can be, and the results are unbelievable!
I know four people in this community (@2,000 peeps), who have had this done (One eye at a time), and all of them sailed through it, and were so impressed/happy with the results.

Wishing you and Anna all the very best, and when it comes time for you to go under the knife, you too will give the whole thing a 10 out of 10 when all is said and done!

My parents both had cataract surgery and everything went well. Mostly you have to arrange for someone to drive you to and back, and get you settled safely back home.

Another reason why I hate this century. At least the tools and the resources are there to fix that problem. Hopefully things for you on that front, will be simple, safe, and sane.

My mother had such a few years before her dementia, her eyesight improved dramatically.

I very much hope you can get the surgery. I was able to see the difference immediately after the first eye operation. It was very much worth it. There will be some minor inconveniences for a month & a half after each operation.)
