Well, first of all, it's the pressure that feels amazing. I can inflate quite big compared to others, so I usually try to push my limits a bit to impress people :D

It's also the idea of getting filled up, expanding! It's a really sensual experience, especially when the pressure builds up high, so I honestly only do it when horny ^^

There are 3 reasons why I like inflation:
1. I like how the belly gets bigger
2. It can be a good way for someone to relax
3. I have a fetish for it and it gets me turned on

I find it most enjoyable as a release of built up tension over periods of time, like finally taking that load off after a long and straining day. The feeling is euphoric; arousing, even.

For me it's almost always unintentional. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to enjoy it. It's just fun to be round and helpless and rolled around by your friends.

I prefer the liquid or semi-liquid (eg. Pudding, slime, etc.) type inflations. And whoever's inflating would enjoy getting bigger despite the slight discomfort, and would get curious on how big they can get before it gets too much for them.

The loss of agency and thereby loss of responsibility. Blimps aren't expected to do anything except creak, groan, and grow big. Despite being physically strained it actually strains less on the mind. A simple existence of blissfully being inflated to the desire of another and forcibly kept full for weeks on end.
