Someone used my money to buy steam money

They took 100 out of my bank account and add steam money to my account just to mess with me, I had -90 dollars left in my bank account, but thankfully I got a refund and got my money back, but this affected me to the point that I had to change my password on multiple places. I’m good now, but damn has this caused stress to me and mom.
Also I did absolutely nothing for this to happen in case anyone was curious about how it happened, and I have no clue why it happened. I’m normally good at not going to scams and stuff, but this is the only time (so far) I had to deal with something like this without going at the scam or whatever it was.
Due to that I had to change my password everywhere when the hacker took my money by using my steam account. I don’t know why they did it 100%, but I have Suspicions.
