The DEI is what LEAD to the safety concerns. They crashed because they anded on black ice in windy weather far too fast because they werent trained properly they were hired without merit just for who they were, THATS A BAD THING. I shouldnt even have to explain this.
Social security and medicaid have been in need of severe auditing because people manipulate, abuse and are on it without actually having legitimate need.
they arent cutting people who need it, theyre cutting the bloat so the people who need it can get more. Ive been receiving Disability most of my life, Ive begged for people to do this, its meant to be a replacement, they use the abuse as an excuse to keep it far too low. Many in my family still need it.

To start off, of course we should care about what the government is doing with our money. However, I'm skeptical of DOGE and whether it would actually have a practical effect on cutting spending or alleged waste. Indeed, when DOGE posted the receipts on their alleged funds, it was found to be riddled with errors and they in fact were forced to remove a few of the receipts.

Its also important to remember DOGE can't actually make spending cuts; Congress has that authority, DOGE can only make recommendations for cuts. I'm not saying DOGE can't be a force for good but I'd rather wait and see what they actually do or will actually be effective.
Second, it sounds like your definition of DEI is the version that certain conservatives are putting out, which is "POC and women getting hired over white men whether they're qualified or not" but that isn't what DEI is. DEI, which covers a wide range of things BTW, at its core is about helping to accommodate people who's personal issues might keep them from excelling in the workplace as well as helping out people from marginalized groups by putting them in the spotlight where they might have otherwise been ignored. A person who benefitted from these programs would still need to the requisite training and skills to actually take the position. A DEI program could be anything from specialized training for veterans, accommodating those with disabilities, making sure older candidates are not excluded for their age, accommodating working parents with a more flexible schedule, etc.

Also, in regards to the airplane stuff; I heard conservatives try to claim DEI somehow lead to the crash but what evidence of that do they actually provide? A claim is just a claim unless it has actual proof. On top of that, the vast majority of airline pilots and engineers (as in 92%) are white men, meaning that DEI, as these conservatives seem to think it is, would not have had any major impact on the industry.
Third, while we do need to get illegal immigration under control, we've literally been trying to do that since Bush was in office. Bush deported 2.1 million, Obama deported 3.2 million. Biden actually deported more people in his time in office than Trump did in his first term.

Yet, despite millions of people being deported, we're still talking about the migrant crisis. Why? Because we're only treating the symptoms. The cause of illegal immigration is poor conditions in their own countries and a lack of accessibility to legal immigration and those things are outside of our control, unfortunately. At the end of a day, any president can only do so much about illegals.
On a final note, you mentioned Mark Zuckerberg, but hasn't he gone over to the Trump side? He made several changes to Meta policies ahead of Trump taking office that were seen as him trying to appease conservatives.
