Furry roommates have been good. Job searching without the fear of imminent doom over my head has been helpful for unclenching.
I think large bills are paid for the meantime; phone got paid. Car won't be paid, but that's not quite as 'shutting off lifeline' sort of thing.

Bouncing between stories as I job search. Next chapter of Perchance, a followup to Reality Rift that grew well beyond its container, and a happy drone story about people eagerly transcending the flesh.

Mostly I wanted to do a pulse check, and see what sort of stories you're more interested in! I've noticed that there tend to be more favorites for the kinky stuff, but the people who like things like Perchance are super into it. Breadth versus depth.

I don't have like a fancy poll, but which of the general topics are you looking forward to?

* Perchance to Wake chapters. Clean urban fantasy about people transforming to explore the world beneath their apartment. Not just saving the world, but building a better one along the way.
* Clean wholesome TF like Reality Rift. Happy stories without sexy bits where people get to be who they need to be.
* General NSFW stories like the Want and Need stories. People having sexy transformations and generally exploring their new bodies in heated ways.
* Drone stories and people droning out. Role changes, people taking on new places in life(while becoming rubber ponies because we can have cake and pie at the same time).
* Inanimate stories of people becoming objects and statues. Sculpt into a wonder, be a fork, that sort of thing.
* General TF fantasy settings and prattle about interesting tf-adjacent cultures and civilizations I've pondered. World building, places to imagine your own stories in.

If your desires don't quite fit in the boxes, feel free to add your own ideas! Guide the TF. Bring us all to new changes and fun stories.

Ive been loving the inanimate tf stories galore, and i feel ya can probably crossover the stuff for the general fantasy stuff, and perchance to wake is g r e a t aswell!!!

I tend to enjoy mostly any inanimate tf, although, i DO have personal favorites in the form of plush tf, statue tf, and stuff like adventuring gear tfs, especially tfs into armor and such!

Really enjoy the wholesome stuff, myself (it's very underrepresented in the TF community, and you do it very nicely.) That said, NSFW-ier stuff can be fun, too - more than anything, it's the way you handle characters confronting what a change means to them and what their feelings on it say about them that I think is your biggest strength, whatever the rating ;)

Thanks! I try for that sort of thing. Rather than just "haha you are a dog", go for "oh shit I'm a dog" into "dog is me?" and then "dog is baba baba is win I am win".

I'd like reading any story you'd write. I do have a preference for the Wholesome, Inanimate, and TF Fantasy stories. Something I would always like to see more of though is FTM. However, something I would like to see the most would be a continuation of TF Not Included.

Yeah need the inspiration for where to take it to bring that back. It was kinda like "yay we got the base set up... now what?"
I try to balance the MtF with the FtM, since I know a lot of you deeply enjoy the FtM and it's a lot rarer among tf art/stories.

Anything in particular about Inanimate/Fantasy? Themes, settings, species, etc.

Hope you can find a direction to take it in. I like animate inanimate the most, but suddenly turning someone in the party into a lantern until you escape the cave is always fun. A setting with a lot of causal tf would be very fun to read about. Something that I also like would be the wizard turning into their own familiar, also fun if it was karmic and need to learn how to be a fluffy pet in order to get powerful enough to turn back. Entering a new world is always the best opportunity to get a new form too. Going back to the old world in that new form, changing back after learning how to, changing back into that new form on accident, taking someone with you to the new world and helping them get used to the "dress code". The shenanigans you could do with TF just about never end. One last thing, one of my favorite things to do with TF Not Included is the resource management, and the addition of "Human resources" (not that they'll be human for long) included with the TF (Ha).

I really like drone stories, either wholesome or lewd. I also like drone stories where instead of personality replacement entirely, they maintain themselves/their personality, but just get a lot of pleasure and joy out of service. I don't think there's a lot of that. I also wish there was more inaminate plushy TF because that's fun to me, inanimate stuff in general is really fun too!

Loving the drone stuff! Basically anything you do with mental changes turns out really good.

I know they can be more of a pain to write, but mass-transformation/infection stuff is always fun to see.
